New future for woodlands
With 240 acres of actively managed Chilterns woodland there should be ample annual increment to provide an indeterminate supply of wood for chipping, using the services of Anglia Woodfuel. This will not only help the management and ecology of the woods but also provide a sustainable source of heating for 20,000 sq.ft. of offices and a four bedroom house, with very little waste residue, all of it ash, which can be used on the garden.

New future for woodlands
After much research it seems probable that we will be able to heat the whole of the Home Farm Business Centre, including the Home Farm House with a woodchip heating system. We are looking into the boilers made by various providers.
