Staithe Barn is a converted maltings and
is a first floor apartment. It is only 100
yards from the water and has spectacular
views of the picturesque village, creek
and marshes. There is car parking space
in front of the Barn and across the road.
All the bedrooms are at the back of the
property and thus very quiet, except for
the sound of the gulls and the occasional
outboard motor in the creek.

The coast is renowned for its long stretches
of unspoiled beaches.
Burnham Market is a thriving centre for
dinghy sailing, and close to several Nature
Reserves including the National
Trust's Scolt Head Island, the RSPB
Tichwell Reserve and the Holkham
National Nature Reserve, while other
properties of the National Trust, RSPB
and Norfolk
Naturalists Trust are in easy reach.
For walkers it is on the "Peddars
Way" and "North
Norfolk Way", long distance path
and country house visitors will enjoy Sandringham
House, Holkham
Hall and Houghton
Hall, not to mention the Norfolk
Lavender farm at Heacham.

and trading port for the charming small
town of Burnham
Market and has historical connections
with Admiral
Lord Nelson, whose father was the Vicar
of nearby Burnham Thorpe.
Burnham
Market can provide for all day-to-day
shopping, as well as having gift, antique
shops etc., while there are supermarkets
and a broader range of retail outlets in
